I shit up both threads at once so I may as well post here too and say that I've calmed down enough to realize that the PUG point is probably correct
She has a really succesful 16 min game alone. Then has a "game" that lasted all of 31 seconds. Only makes sense to last that long if she bailed on that game because she got an invite to play with a group when she was already queuing for another game. Which means she didn't anticipate the invite. If the team she played with for 16m invited her, she probably thought they were good for them to last that long.
