If you want to try it for the trill of trying it it's worth trying, but if you want to buy something you know that will be good then I think you should look elsewhere.

Chances are it will be close to an NPG meiki, but with a few more flaws. Material could be really oily, or one part of the internal structure could be too rough and hurt a little, there could be a weak spot that never got fixed; that's usually how it is with this kind of products from those kind of makers, but that's merely an estimation, go with your instincts.

I have absolutely no idea( since I'm going to buy it anyway I didn't do any research) but it doesn't look like it; though it's definitely not a TH type of fella hole, looks like something close to the ひなくちまん from hotpowers if anything.
