With the exception of the Satoko events everything else happens after watanagishi but Rena's confrontation with Rina takes place before Watanagashi. If it was the default set of events Rena would have Killed Rina and been mainpulated by Miyo in most arcs.

Rena has nothing to do with those Rina deaths, they happened because she crossed the sonozaki family.
