/jp/ - Otaku Culture

/jp/ doesn't want the shitposting to stop. They say they don't want shitposting on /jp/. But everytime a thread comes up that encourages serious discussion. It is destroyed by shitposting. This is how /jp/ always was, but you claim that you wish /jp/ was "normal". But through your own actions you discourage proper conduct, and encourage improper conduct. Making it a self defeating ideal. We have no culture, we are a board about nothing. We always have been. Touhou, VNs, they might find a place here. But only because they have no home anywhere else.

The fact is, we are all wasting our lives doing nothing.
