I bet it's just royalty free. And you can get it on "royalty-free-music.net" or something like that.
Speaking of RLM and stock music, I watched cabin fever after their re:view and found it very interesting that almost all music in there I heard before, on HitB and BotW. So, ether Eli Roth used stock music/sounds in his film, or RLM is using sound effects from that movie in their videos.
