No. I'm not that guy but even I could figure it out, get the smallest flathead screwdriver you can, put it under a tab, pry with an UPWARDS motion. I'll assume theres also two tabs on the other side, don't try to pry it off just by popping off one tab or one side because it's pretty far from the edge and it'll crack, just a little, then pry it from the other side a little then do it tab by tab and sort of wiggle it upwards uniformly till it pops out

it's not hard anon, didn't you ever take apart stuff as a kid?
