and replace the DLLs in the c:/nexon/mabinogi folder and tell me if that works... If somehow even that doesn't work then...

you could try to turn off everything in ijl15.ini by setting the values to 0, except zoom and screenshot quality since those never trip people up and those can't really go to 1 to begin with. It'd be nice if you could keep the data folder though, seeing as that's where a bulk of the stuff is.
