I mean, having all nations send their very BEST gauntlet knights to the same country for some festival seems like a recipe for disaster. All it takes is some terrorist, or Okonogi, bombing the place when they least expect it and don't even have their gauntlets on.

And then the AOU sends out their ACTUAL best squads that were secretly hidden from the world, having basically disarmed the other nations, leaving them only with crappy untrained knights to defend them.
