It had some nice deliberations about Sanae's personality here and there.

If you pulled a gun to my head and asked for a reason, I'd say it's because a lot of her fans are hesitant to spice up the canon talk with the lewd-ish jokes that the other character get. Just because the slutposters go way beyond that right into disgusting, and no one feels willing to engage in the *fun* dirty talk like having Sanae sit on your face, because they get repelled by the very idea. As a bonus, it causes that needless pure-slut false dichotomy.
