Get Clip Studio Paint and Lazy Nezumi Pro(this program lets you draw smooth/natural lines on KBM). Use clip studio's settings to make your lines taper in and out, it gives the illusion of not drawing on KBM and looking real.

For guides, check /ic/. You can use Pin2D(super recommended for anime), Loomis, Vlippu, and Perspective Made Easy for starters. Also, I really highly recommend you use references, even downright tracing stuff, I trace and reference the shit out of my drawings, sometimes I have more references and tracing layers than layers if it's a really wild concept I'm not good on yet.

KBM really saps the soul out of you btw it takes so long to draw
