Speedrun kana (you probably have done this), start slowly with kanji, you cannot speedrun it (maybe you could speed it up by 10x if you have 8 hours to study it, but long term memory is more important, the AJAAT sentence anki decks that are shilled like Tango N5 are not terrible because they show sentences but I think it's very important to understand grammar and particles before, but RTK is also pretty useful if you want to read or write kanji and understand kanji closer, you don't need to know radicals, but just being familiar is important).
Genki is a good textbook if you want something to not be on a computer screen, but if you are pirating it, I would rather suggest other sources.
Scattered information I recommend:
>cure dolly (it's free, also tells you problems with textbooks like genki, also I really like lesson 1 for the sentence structure, and the lesson on conjugation, the other episodes are good but those 2 videos really does visuals justice)
>20/80 articles (https://8020japanese.com/japanese-sentence-structure/).).
Books:
>kim tae
>20/80 book (it's pretty nice, but you should still look at 20/80 articles because they are in much more depth, this acts as like an alternative kim tae).
I also pirated everything from libgen (but genki is probably good because it's nice to not look at a computer screen).
You can start your anki cards while doing grammar of course, but 2k is not for beginners (I think), and I personally like listening anki sentence cards.
*Take this with a grain of salt because I started 4 days ago, and I can somewhat read sentences, kanji is still suffering but yobichan helps, you can also do a complex setup so that yobichan can inject anki cards into your deck.
