Don't get me wrong dude all your dolls are adorable and your dress sense is improving but your posing could be better. This is simply my own opinion but when I pose for portrait photography I find positions that would be comfortable to be in for an extended period. It might sound silly but I test posing on myself before making a doll do it and it has helped me a lot. I used to pose the same way you do and well not to toot my own horn but I do think I've improved a lot over when I first started.
