Anything sleeveless or backless that attaches at the neck would look good with wings. I've also seen some that have no shoulders at all and are tightened on at the back with laces, like a corset. Skirt styles vary but a front-split skirt would make sense for someone with harpy talons to catch on.

Really you can do whatever you want, there aren't any hard and fast rules unless you're extremely religious. A lot of people aren't even having their wedding dresses in white anymore. You can just pick whatever fancy-ish dress you want, lighten the color and attach a veil.

If you want a specific example maybe look at Yuna's wedding dress from Final Fantasy X's fake wedding. It's shoulder-less and even has feathers around the arms.
