That's true, and first I wasn't going to even argue but then I had a thought. Allow me to present a counterargument:

When I saw an attractive girl, what I thought was, "Wow, she's hot! I want to fuck her!" and possibly tried to flirt. My first encounter with real adult content was when I was a teenager, so my flirting attempts with anyone older were gently rejected, and for my own age it was "creepy". However, I tried to get laid and my primary thought concerning an attractive girl was the desire to have sex or even a relationship. This diminished over the years, to this point:

Now when I see an attractive girl, what I think is "Wow, she's hot! I wonder if her JAV actress lookalike exists?" or more widely "Does her porn actress lookalike exist?" and then try to find one. In very rare circumstances I still sometimes try to flirt, but my desire to have sex is essentially gone as I can blissfully coom to an endless variety of fantasies and fetishes in JAV without concern, of which many would be from awkward to completely impossible in reality. There is also a constantly changing conveyor belt of new girls to coom to.

This brings me to my important point: old JAV remains fappable, so long as you have it. Even in the case of actresses who have weekly appointments with Dr. Kim, you can still see their old faces and every stage along the way. In this case, there is no "impermanence" in the short term and "suffering" can be alleviated by personal illusory reversion to the past when cooming. Cooming is the most powerful release, isn't it? This isn't a serious argument, but it may be worth considering. Maybe the reason Maitreya or Mahdi or second coming of Jesus hasn't come is, he became a coomer. I'm joking, but in many ways this modern world is built on distractions. More distractions are available to everybody at any time than in the past even the emperors of the biggest empires ever had in their lives. The forms of the distractions are more "mundane", but isn't that all the more likely to make them actually distract?
