And this is where you get it wrong. It's not even subtle that Kasen's problems all stem from her self-rejection. The whole situation with her arm which was already discussed earlier in this thread, and the cases of her permakilling vengeful spirits all come from her projecting that self-loathing onto others. OP said it best, she can be fixed, and if anybody but ZUN was writing touhou, she would be.

I don't know why you want to see one of the most decent named characters in the setting as an irredeemable monster, but I do genuinely hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoy accepting both the good and the bad with Kasen.
