Yeah. When it comes to the touring shows, they don't want little kids to be booing a character who eventually turns good.

As far as the theatre shows go, they've been known to update them according to where the show is. Yuri features prominently in the Heartcatch musical show, but she *only* gets a fight scene as Cure Moonlight after she regains her powers in the show. Same with Suite: Cure Muse originally showed up in her masked form, and was replaced by her unmasked form later.

So unfortunately, since we're past the Cure Scarlet reveal, the chance of Twilight showing up in kig form is close to zero, barring some specific "fighting your past" plotline in the musical show.
