They choose to become idols, they don't choose to become soulless, lifeless products which you for whatever reason feel entitled to. They are entertainers, regardless of what label/brand is slapped on their careers. Sayuri, in this case, was doing what probably every idol does which is dating a guy. Whether you see it or you don't, they do this. They're not always caught, they do it all the time. It is your blissful ignorance which this industry can feed on, and people like you, or people who support "moral idol values" are exactly the type of people Bunshun want to see this happening. Who knows if Sayuri knew he was married, there's nothing solid on that, but you, and others, who think all idols have to play it by the code or they're done are pretty adorable. Managers, producers, even workers, they know they're dating. Even the idols themselves probably talk about who they're dating when the cameras are off. If it becomes public, sure that's her issue to deal with and possibly recuperate from, but that just makes her a better idol and more importantly a stronger person if she pulls through.

But, who cares? When the cameras are off they're not "yours" anymore, they're their own. How they ultimately is decided by themselves, not their occupation and especially not by you.
