That's the manufacturer of the processor, not the computer. Let's try finding out what video card you have the other way that I mentioned.

I understand this is probably a bit confusing for you, but since the other methods we tried didn't work, this would be the best way to do it.

Right-click My Computer, then click Properties in the menu that comes up. A window that says System Properties will come up. In this window, click on the tab that says Hardware. Once you're on this tab, click the button that says Device Manager.

Let me know once you've gotten that far. If any of that is confusing, just let me know.
