AmiAmi and HobbyLink sells boxes.If you are going for collection (Or a themed deck about a single company) is the best choice.

Single cards there was a good seller on eBay but i checked and now is gone.So check Lycee forums (There's a Lycee community in Germany) and find japanese shops which can send cards to your area.
