I have the 90cm TPE version, it just screws on and it's easy to unscrew the head. The only thing I didn't like was how the head can swivel 360 degrees. I assume the silicone models have the same design. The heads are interchangeable, Akane and Abby have the same body type. I ordered a 140cm B Body Akane 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for a tracking number, and hopefully they let you buy extra heads soon because I want a Abby head as well. As for the durability of Irokebijin silicone, I couldn't say. This will be my first silicone doll.
