Considering that almost everyone in the village is aware of his actions, Ooishi will forever be on his case, and Oryou will never allow him to marry into the Sonozaki family. They may even "ask" his family to leave Hinamizawa to get rid of a problem source, as they did in Watanagashi.

Satoko will eventually figure out what happened and come to despise herself and her weakness even further, being responsible to have not only turned her Nii-Nii into a murderer, but Keiichi as well.

Mion, Rika and Rena will understand Keiichi's actions and sympathize with him, but their relationship will never be the same again. Their image of Keiichi as a gentle, laid back boy from the city will crumble just like that. Rena might be the only exception to this.
