About TMOProportion:
If you don't want to use MMD, this is a pretty godly tool for this game. It allows you to control most aspects of the girl's body, much more than any other game on the current market that I know of.

Unzipping this this will give you a directory called TSOView-031, a set of a number of different programs. I won't go into depth, but tsoview, tmoproportion, pngproportion, tahproportion, and tpoeditor are the most important programs.

TSOView--Allows you to easily preview TSO files. Helpful when creating/editing mods, and also when previewing them(although iirc TDCGExplorer by itself is better for this purpose).
TMOProportion--Gives you a menu with sliders akin to the sliders in the actual game that determine the proportions of the girl. Reads #C(.cs) files that are in the Proportion folder which should be inside the same directory as the program itself; they dictate what body parts the sliders change. Each .cs file creates one slider.
PNGProportion--Drag&drop pose files(not scene files) onto this and the pose file will be rewritten with whatever proportions you had specified using the sliders in TMOProportion.
TPOEditor--This allows you to edit the .cs files that TMOProportion uses so you can alter how they cause proportions to change. For example, you can make a .cs file that specifies shrinking 1.2443 times more potent, or however much you want.
TAHProportion--Can be used to change animation files as well as the girl's default proportions(does not affect pose files aside from the default ones).

Playing around with these programs shouldn't hurt, and it's the best way to learn. Just make sure you back up what you screw around with.
