In addition to being able to alter how solid they are to some degree, I'd say how they feel would be unlike anything that really exists in the world, so the most you can do is draw partial comparisons. Perhaps something like boob flesh, yet more malleable and you can sink into it.

The most vital thing is that even at their stickiest they still feel pleasant.

Nice picture, though I question if an alraune could actually strike such a pose in such a location. That is, spell of anthropomorphosis could give them feet, but I figured it would involve transforming the flower they are presumably fused to, not separating themselves from it (though one could argue that like a sandworm she has simply shifted the part of her body that is fused with the flower).
