Speaking from my miserable experience of trying to find a job, I would first ask for her resume and portfolio. Then I'll say that her resume is not complete, and bore her to death with pointless questions that have nothing to do with the job. Then I'll send her some test tasks, but only a week later. Those task will be impossible to complete in a specified time limit. Description of what she has to do will be very vague overall but very specific in areas that don't even matter. When she finished the tasks, I'd just say that she did a terrible job and din't follow the specified guidelines, even if she did. And I'll wish her luck somewhere else, because no, I won't hire her. I was never planning to. That supposedly open place exist only for gullible fools like her to try and fail it, so my monthly statistic of candidates examination would look good to my higher-ups.
