Koichoco has been giving me grief for the longest time and is the only game in my library of some 80 titles that just refuses to work.
>Windows 10
>Base Japanese version 1.1.0.0, no translation patches (I don't trust translators to do a good job so I play all my games in Japanese)
>Locale Emulator up to date.
The "fixes" I've seen online all involve using the English patch. Am I out of luck?
