Parabox sells base Obitsu bodies with their custom heads. They also have several modified bodies based on the regular 50cm Obitsu bodies, their 40cm bodies are about the same size as MDD bodies.

Other than that Angel Philia makes custom dolls based on Obitsu bodies but they're on the lewd and exaggerated side. Some of their option parts are pretty good though.

You can do a bit of mixing though if you want to. This picture is my girl and she's a Parabox Luna head and an Obitsu 50cm body with Angel Philia Type A bust and Type F lower torso and thighs. She's about the same bust size as Azone's I bust and pretty much all of the clothing made for their AZO2 bodies fits her well.
