Left is equipment for specific girls. It gives them a special ability if you equip them with it but it's still equip able by other girls but they don't get the special effect. The medals you can get from events or from the daily log in. You can only get 1 per week from the daily log in. And the tears are used in upgrading a girls 4th board. Certain girls get their 4th board unlocked every month which powers them up and let's you go past the damage cap. You exchange the teardrops for red teardrops with the girl that upgrades things but they require certain materials like a UR or SR LB flames or a bunch of upgrading mats. Basically teardrops are for people at endgame and the only way to get them is from events, quests, or from using the mats that you get from doing online missions and crafting them yourself.
