Then I've got literally no idea what you mean by 'good hidden content'. Plenty of people tag their posts but if you mean untagged artists the best you'll get is searching Futaba, another artists likes/retweets, azure or if you're really desperate dig through the archives for any mentions of anons complaining about people not tagging their damn art. But even then that doesn't work because plenty of the artists I have saved as untagged ones have privated their twitter like this guy after checking my bookmarks for you, though obviously that's just one slice of it as I only have a good dozen or so saved but still.
