Re-read the line just before the red:

This does not suggest in any way that a body without personality can move around the island killing people. She is clearly responding to the possibility of Jessica having a different personality.

If you take any theory as a starting point you are bound to find foreshadowing for it. Vague foreshadowing by itself doesn't make it a fair mystery.
