Why is Marine so fake? Imagine calling yourself an otaku and never finish a single Gundam and only consoom bottom-tier shounen like JoJo or HxH.
Imagine calling herself a Sakura Taisen fan and actively shilling the soulless mobage that takes away anything unique about the IP, bombs financially and pretty much fucks over the franchise for the future.

Gundam is as big as fucking Star Wars in the West. Then again, Marine's probably the sort of ironic weeb or the anituber type who flaunts their "otaku-ism" or "horniness for 2d" as some kind of social badges.

The same type of people who never watched a scifi show trying to make modern Star War media, never read Tolkien trying to write some smut passing it off as fantasy, never read a comic book and now trying to write modern DC/Marvel comics.
Just listen to her interview with Sugita to see the comparison between someone who genuinely loves the medium and some otaku-wannabe like Marine.
You can argue that she really love Sakura Taisen but shilling for a mobage which abandoned all that unique about Sakura Taisen is really telling of how she values fame/money over her love for that franchise
