It's in a weird limbo of being tagged as Indonesian and Indonesians being poor as fuck so they do English streams but nobody knows they stream 90% in English when they are tagged as Indonesian.
Pair this with a retarded manager, people fearing out missing content for not speaking certain languages and speaking indog in collabs which are the streams most new people tune into because they tend to be the most exciting ones and you have recepie for some slow ass growth.

It's far from failure though technically since Indonesia is a really really poor country where $170 is an average monthly salary. Just last stream Reine had a single donation matching 4.5 half months of Indonesian work.
Now Indonesia also has a decent weeb population but that population doesn't really care for their own, especially the language since they speak English anyways; so why would you watch something that's from your country when you can dream of a pretty nip or a blonde blue eyed American?
