I still have long way to go with HQ 111 but I used pic related.
Last month I changed some eq and KCV was showing 60,21 but I beat the map in one try so it isn't decisive.

Levels and choice of girls matters quite a bit for LoS. Shimakaze and Yukikaze don't have much. Prinz has less than other CAs. It adds up.

Post your eLoS too. It depends on HQ so things aren't that easy.
I cleared Bm7 this month with pic related. As you can see, just two planes. 65.52 but there are two chevrons and three +1 radars.
Next month I'll try with two T32 +1 on Ashigara.
