For example, Astaroth, the green devil (and only girl among them) who is in the US version's Godfeast tonight, is one of the best leaders in the game, leading a team that is capable of taking on the hardest dungeons, but has a mediocre rating on that list since she's not useful until late into the game when you have the necessary team members. By contrast, a lot of the mono-color team leaders with higher ratings will let you blast through the early and middle content but get stuck at some point. and you'll be forced to either grind a ton or try to get a better endgame leader
