The girls in anime, eromanga, and doujins are usually like 5th or 6th grade(or maybe 3rd if mahou shoujo), meaning 11 or 12, even the ones I can think of who draw them resembling much younger kids. Even shows like Ichigo Mashimaro and Mitsudomoe are about 11 and 12 year olds, though they look 6 due to art style. Even outside of that, they have this range from flat to developing to oppai loli to loli faced and/or loli bodied girl.

Every time I see something drawn in the west, it's like completely flat, no boobs or hips allowed, kindergartner looking things. There's no range or variety, middleschoolers are out of the question, "this girl isn't a loli because she's 13", is what western loli liking types seem to think. Japs draw pedo stuff too, but it's like the west can only see adults and single digit aged kids, with no middle areas.
