UFA prefers to market pseudo-CP instead of talent. Can't really blame them, if I were a shareholder I'd probably vote for the same. Paying a bunch of dumb lolis to pose in photos is cheaper than having one talented artist on the payroll. It's all about maximizing the profits and cutting the costs.

Somehow, I doubt yossi and natsumi are getting paid ~$380,000 a year. According to this chart, goto and ayaya were only getting paid ~$150,000 last year.
