I'd like to say 4 but it's more like 2 good ones and 2 moderately effective ones. Yura and Isuzu are fine with mid 60 antisub critting everything BUT the boss. Inazuma and Michishio are both mid 40 in antisub with Inazuma performing alright. The problem mostly lies with Michishio because she's been doing shit damage most of the time and been relaxing at the docks almost every sortie compared to everyone else. I might just replace her with someone else but it would probably result in the same thing.
