I have deciphered this webm and it appears to be a modern-day rendition of Kabuki:

First Act: The performer is shown to be suffering from an undisclosed physical illness, causing her to be barely cognizant.

Second Act: In spite of her debilitating physical condition, she is suddenly aware of the presence of an audience which has gathered to witness her. With complete disregard for her own physical health, she instinctively switches to a performer's state of mind.

Epilogue: [Off Screen] Content with her final performance and resigned to her fate, the performer succumbs to her mortal illness in the backdrop of a rousing applause from the audience.
