Hands down the Marisa card, you gonna use it for sure.
At LB0 is like a FLB "Midnight Tea" while at MLB gives 2.0 Spirit.
The Yukari is good but you may not use it at all, all the 4* are pretty much useless.

pretty much in order:
Free friend (if we ever get it)
Friend prayer
both event cards
all books x
gold
then stamina if you want more to farm and can consume it and standard books
The story card prayer is shit, think to buy it only if you got some extra points.
Remember to empty the event gacha because all that stuff will save your sanity.
