Kogasa wouldn't do anything violent to you since she's such an ineffectual youkai. You could pretend to be surprised by her and then ask her to be your friend if you happened across her. Oh, and Byakuren's crew all seems pretty friendly if you get chummy with Byakuren herself.

Many of the girls aren't outright violent/wouldn't try to kill you on sight, but most certainly wouldn't care about you unless you make yourself known and try talking to them. There are only a few you have to steer completely clear of, Rumia, Flandre, and Satori being among them...well, Satori's just creepy, but not dangerous...so she's okay, I guess.

Every time I'm not surprised by out of the ordinary things, Kogasa does ordinary things, and vice-versa. If I somehow manage to anticipate both at the same time, Kogasa will break.
