What the people are feeling with the mass pregnancies; chaos in what their next move would be like; the inner workings behind the orphanages; Hijiri dealing with Okina and so on

Expand on her loyalty to Remi with spy working in the mentioned Remi fix-it, with the meido making a dossier on Anon; interrogating people that knew him; investigating the actual Hakurei shrine for info about him; butting heads with Reimu and maybe even reporting the Anon's Frens to Remilia, who'd be thrilled with how fun it'd be to doublecross Yukari and so join them, with Sakuya torn as that could attract danger to the SDM

I like her the way she is. Mysterious, reckless and very much a wild card. Her chapter with Kasen embodies what I like about her here

Probably inner thoughts, like those theories that people are still conscious even if they turn into zombies. She feeling empathy towards Anon and his situation, which is much like hers, and acting silently motherly yet unable to show it would ne bitterly sweet

It fits better if she doesn't get much development because she's supposed to be the creation of your individual mind and, at the same time, an amalgamation of a bunch of others' thoughts -- eerily strange; like someone you think you know, but when you look at their faces you know you do not and no matter how much you try, you cannot pinpoint why you feel like that. In that case, she's like Gensokyo itself, where everyone sees it a bit differently
