A tragic tale of sacrifice. A young woman must decide between her own existence or the prolonging of her aloof love interest(aloof in the sense she has never told him). She visits him all throughout summer and fall in the hospital. She leaves him a note telling of her feelings in case anything goes wrong in the transplant operation on her end. There are complications and she dies, the guy lives. It is when he goes to read her note outside that the first snow flake falls. It lands on the note as he reads it. It lands next to a heart she drew on the note proclaiming her love. He begins to cry as he also had the same feelings for her yet he never knew of hers for him. Pretty cliche but whatever. I'm sure it could be pretty damn heart wrenching if written correctly.
