Until I was around 11 I couldn't pull my foreskin all the way back, and there was a white thing connecting my foreskin to the mushroom edge part of my penis head.
I was scared since I thought I had to go to the hospital to get rid of it (I saw my dads penis once when showering and noticed mine wasn't like his) so I kept pulling my foreskin back every day and eventually it got to normal.
