I think, the bird is just following the examples of JPs and trying to do everything as they did (and her catchphrase reminded me of Yazawa Niko's "NikkoNikko-Nee") so much that some of EOP viewers don't get it.
But I personally don't say it's a bad thing. I appreciate it and even say she's a irreparable member of EN because of her energy and friendliness to viewers and other members.
I hope she goes through it until they have more members so that ENs become more colorful and she becomes less conspicuous to haters.
Lastly, even though people itt have been constantly criticizing it, I personally think her fragile mentality is a good aptitude for being an idol. I was about to fap when I saw her crying.
