This isn't slightly at all, anon. Planes don't have 1 aa stat but more. Keep in mind that you usually have only one or two "best" planes so it's better to put them on bigger slots, making the difference greater. See pic related. I wish I had Reppuu Kai ;_;
Kaga's also by far the most durable carrier and has more firepower than Cranes. Single Egusa is enough for her to reach day cap.
If you don't consider many variables depending on situation, image you posted is nothing more than useless crap. Don't post it blindly. Things aren't as simple as you would like them to be. This is general advice, not limited to AS or KanColle. Things almost never are as simple as you want them to be.
