Yakusamashi was a desperate attempt to fix DEEN's fuckups before Minagoroshi, and it only worked partially, while introducing new ridiculous elements such as moving the Connecting Fragments scene involving Satoko during the Dam War to '83, with the shopkeeper bullying Satoko years after the war ended while Rika's standing right next to her. It doesn't really work when you make the villagers such gigacunts.

Besides, we both know there was only one important scene in the entire arc.
