Anime production will stop. There will be an increase in wannabe-Japanese western animation such as Avatar. Commercial production of manga and visual novels will cease, leaving only doujin works; in the west, this will lead to an increase in interest in OELVNs and Western 'manga', who will after that be seen as representative for manga and VNs. The production of high-budget Japanese video games will cease, but Western indie developers will succeed at imitating the low-budget Japanese games well enough to be a fitting replacement.

Everybody has ideas, your ideas are not greater than other people's, and nobody's going to steal your idea. If it were to somehow happen, the worst that could come of it would be that someone executes the idea, which would not happen if it remained solely in your head.
