Not specific numbers, just rankings and comments from Kadokawa's financial reports.

Picture is from Kadokawa's newest financial report. It covers from April 2021 to March 2022, so it's mostly Post-Gou, Sotsu and Post-Sotsu. Apparently, Higurashi was one ranking higher in the previous report (which would cover pre-Gou and Gou's airing) based on what I've seen said in news sites, although I haven't been able to find the actual source image.

This comment is from the previous report though (referencing the from April 2020 to March 2021)
>The Video Business includes planning, production and distribution of movies, video distribution licensing, and sales of
package software.
During the period under review, in addition to international licensing revenue from anime titles such as Re:ZERO -Starting
Life in Another World-, Higurashi: When They Cry - GOU, DECA-DENCE, and Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, domestic licensing
in conjunction with online games distributed by other providers using the IP of the Company, such as SWORD ART ONLINE
-Alicization- War of Underworld and God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! Fantastic Days, continued to contribute to
profits.
