Junyou kai fully modernized with all bombers double chevron'd
Ryuujou kai with a few bombers double chevron'd and a fighter in her best slot double chevron'd

Second Fleet:
Kongou kai fully modernized AP setup
Sendai kai fully modernized double attack
Fubuki kai fully modernized AACI cutin setup
Yukikaze kai fully modernized Torpedo cutin setup
Kitakami kai fully modernized (can kai ni but I don't think can fully modernize her before end of event) with midget sub and torpedo
Ooi kai fully modernized with midget sub and torpedo

My support shelling fleet isn't really worth mentioning, just has standard equips because I don't have enough resources or left over equipment for them.

What am I doing wrong? pls help this kuso teitoku in any way you can.

On average how many Japanese move to the US per year and is there a part of the US that has more Japanese immigrants than most? I ask because where I used to live I remember there being a lot of Japanese and I was wondering if it's a normal thing for them to all come together in one area.
