Yeah, what does "powerful" mean? Admittedly I haven't been paying attention, but I don't understand how people toss around FLOPS as any sort of meaningful comparison to what the brain does. It feels kind of like saying, I don't know, that my recording of Mars, Bringer of War is more angry than your brass knuckles.

I mean, sure, you'll be able to pack as many transistors as you have neurons on a single die. In the simplest of cases, sure, we can now create neural networks, but I'm not sure I agree it's that simple (maybe due to my own ignorance).
