I found something very interesting

When a new Minecraft update happens. The new stuff only appears in chunks you have never loaded before. That means when 1.17 comes out next year, the girls will have to travel far away from home to new vistas if they want to see any of the new stuff. And that goes for the nether too.

But there's a way to fix that.
